2. If our company size is small (e.g. less than 3 staffs), does webnix provide special offer for monthly maintenance?

Webnix understands our customer's need and we are now providing yearly maintenance plan. The yearly maintanence fee is our special plan that is suitable for small size company less than 3 staffs. Our fee is more attractive comparing to other IT support companies for one time on call IT supporting fee.

3. What is the difference between our monthly IT maintenance and one time on call support?

4. What is the minimun contract period?

Minimum one year contract is required for customers.

5. What should I do if my staff request IT support?

a. Firstly, you can contact our techincian by telephone or whatsapp.
b. Our technician analyses your case and decide to support onsite or remotely checking first. c. If the problem can be fixed remotely, technician use teamviewer to remote your computer and fix the problem. But, if the problem cannot be fixed remotely, technician arrange a time for on-site checking. Normally, we will reach your office within 4 hours before 4pm. Otherwise, we will arrange a next day if the client accepts this arrangment.

6. Does the fee of maintenance services includes if our office will be relocated?

Our maintanence fee does not include office IT relocation. We assign as a individual project for office relocation setup.

7. Does the maintenance services include if number of computer(s) or server(s) are increased?

Yes, we includes these if your company joined our montlhy or yearly maintanence contract and does not increase the monthy fee before next one year contract. At the yearly end of the contract, we will review the contract.

8. Does Webnix provide IT telephone/remote support during non-office hours or weekend?

Yes, this is only for the clients joined monthly maintenance.

9. If I only request one time IT remote/onsite support, what is the charges?

We charges HK$700 for one time remote support. For onsite support, we will charge HK$700 per hour.
